How orders are fulfilled
When you purchase from Maylee Flowers, your order is processed and delivered through the Florist One network. Refunds, credits, and cancellations are subject to acceptance by our fulfillment partner and local delivering florists, in line with their policies at the time of order.
Cancellations before delivery
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us immediately with your order number. Cancellations are more likely to be honored if the order has not yet been sent to a delivering florist. Once an order is in design or out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
Refunds and credits
- Refund and credit eligibility depends on the circumstances (e.g., non-delivery, significant quality issues, duplicate charges).
- Approval of refunds and credits is at the discretion of the fulfillment partner, consistent with industry practice for florist-delivered products.
- If approved, refunds are typically issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary by bank or card issuer.
Substitutions
Florists may substitute comparable flowers or containers when necessary. A substitution of equal or greater value is generally not grounds for a full refund unless the delivered product is materially different from what was reasonably expected or arrives damaged.
Non-delivery or delivery problems
Contact us as soon as possible if:
- The recipient did not receive the order on the selected date
- The arrangement arrived damaged or clearly below standard
- You were charged incorrectly
Include your order number, delivery date, and photos if applicable. We will coordinate with the fulfillment network to investigate.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank so we can help resolve the issue directly.
