Delivery Information

Where we deliver

Maylee Flowers delivers throughout the United States through the Florist One network of local florists. Some products may also be available for delivery in Canada depending on the item and destination ZIP or postal code.

How delivery works

  1. You choose a product and add it to your cart.
  2. At checkout, you enter the recipient’s delivery address and ZIP code.
  3. The Site shows available delivery dates for that ZIP code.
  4. After payment, your order is sent to a local florist near the recipient for hand delivery.

We are a white-label online shop — your order is fulfilled by an independent florist in the delivery area, not by a single Maylee Flowers store location.

Delivery dates and same-day

Available dates are determined at checkout based on the recipient ZIP code and florist capacity. Same-day or next-day delivery may be offered in some areas but is not guaranteed everywhere. Order early for holidays (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.).

Recipient details

Please provide an accurate street address, phone number, and any special instructions (business name, hospital room, funeral service time, etc.). Incorrect addresses may delay delivery or prevent it.

Delivery to hospitals, funeral homes, and businesses

Deliveries to institutions often require the recipient’s name, department, room or suite number, and a reachable phone number. For funeral services, include the service name, time, and location details in special instructions when available.

Substitutions

Local florists may substitute flowers, vases, or containers of equal or greater value when an item is unavailable, so your gift can still be delivered on time.
